We're thrilled to welcome you to When We Were Young Festival! As a VIP guest, you have special access to some of the best amenities at the festival. We've put together this Welcome Guide to help you make the most of your day. Be sure to share this with everyone in your group so all are in the know. How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces and turf, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, along with your non-aerosol sunscreen, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!

VIP Wristbands
- Will Call: If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
- Wristband Activation: Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.

VIP at 7-Eleven includes:
- VIP bars + food — Offering a variety of food and beverages to choose from
- Up front viewing of 7- Eleven Stage
- Dedicated restroom building
- Charging tables
- Lockers for purchase

- Festival merchandise for purchase
- Guest Services tent
VIP at Pink includes:
- VIP bars + food — Offering a variety of food and beverages to choose from
- Up front viewing of Stage 2
- Air-conditioned restrooms
- Charging tables
- Shaded seating
- Guest Services tent
- Water refill station
VIP at Ghost Energy Stage + Allianz Stage Includes:
*This VIP Area is viewing only - no seating. The viewing area is connected between both the Ghost Energy and Allianz Stages.
